Tropo Winding Down Operations

In April, we announced some changes to Tropo, notably a shift from standalone applications to integrated solutions with other Cisco products. We have been building up the Cisco Webex for Developer portal using best practices that helped us create Tropo. Now with a focus on Webex (including Webex Meetings & Webex Teams), we are winding down Tropo and aligning resources towards projects and products more aligned with Cisco’s Collaboration strategy.

The wind-down of services and support begins now, October 2018, and will continue in phases. All of Tropo’s contracted customers have been notified, and our developer program and credit card customers should expect a notification in the coming weeks covering timelines and next steps. Production accounts will be refunded for deposits that you have made and not yet used. Please log into your Tropo account to verify that your email address and credit card information is current, so we can refund you and contact you if an issue arises with your refunds. Additionally, we have published a FAQ covering more detailed answers to anticipated questions.
